There will be a meditation (Silent, Guided or  "Live"  Meditation Music) then an Open Sharing

and at just some of the gatheings..... a DVD, CD or Book presented,  .....followed by a heartfelt inquiry/satsang....
all in a warm, allowing, meditative atmosphere ........    the length and format may vary according to how  love flows
